Returns Policy
Return Policy for Jewelry
To ensure your health and the health of all of our customers, please, understand that We Do Not Return jewelry such as earrings, necklaces, and anklets, unless they were defective when delivered. If you receive a defective jewelry, please inform us immediately. We will make sure to ship you a replacement or process your full refund. Failure to report any damage within 15 days of receiving your package will make you ineligible to receive a full refund or a replacement.
Return of selected items
- Bags, Candles, Keychains, Floormats, and Artworks: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have to make a return, please, contact us and ship your package within 30 days. The returning items have to be in their original packages as shipped to you. We do not return items that have been delivered for over 30 days and we do not return used items, dirty items, or items whose tags have been removed. Also, we'll pay for the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other words, if the return is not a result of our mistake, the customer is solely responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Pickup
If you live in the state of Maryland, you can possibly pick up your items instead of having them delivered. But if you do not live in Maryland, please, choose the delivery option to have your package delivered to your address.
