Returns Policy
All sales are final unless the item(s) were damaged when delivered.
If you received a defective product, please Contact Us immediately, or no later than 1 week after delivery. Provide us with your order number and photos of the defective item, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping
We can ship to any address worldwide. Note that some products are subject to restrictions, and others cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
